Practical guidance on accessibility, visitors, spouses and pets during a Tafaria art residency.
Artists planning a residency should discuss any accessibility needs before arrival so that the most suitable accommodation, studio access and movement around the property can be considered in advance.
Spouses and other visitors can visit a resident artist as regular Tafaria guests with prior reservation. Their stay is separate from the artist's residency arrangement unless it has been specifically included.
Pets are not currently accepted as part of the art-residency stay. Artists travelling with a service or assistance requirement should raise it early so the practical options can be discussed.
Clear information before arrival is especially useful where a project depends on particular working hours, equipment, transport or physical access to a studio.
