Hands-on art and design experiences let visitors move from seeing creative work to making something themselves.
The Center for the Arts is a working creative space rather than a gallery that visitors only walk through. Depending on the programme, guests and students can encounter painting, pottery, sculpture, fashion, music, design and other applied arts alongside artists in residence.
A creative session can be a short introduction, a school learning activity or part of a deeper arts programme. The emphasis is on trying ideas, using materials and understanding how creativity shapes everyday life.
