Advance booking is recommended whenever a particular room, programme, event space or scheduled experience is important to your visit. Confirming first is especially useful when you are travelling as a group or coming to Tafaria for one specific reason.

Visits that should be arranged in advance

Overnight stays, school programmes, conferences, weddings, residencies and larger organised groups should be confirmed before travel. These visits involve accommodation, programme planning, catering, venues or other arrangements that need to be prepared around the group.

Day visits

A simple day visit is easier to arrange, but capacity and the availability of individual experiences can still vary. Booking ahead is worthwhile when the Leisure or Immersion experience is central to the day, when the group is large, or when a meal is part of the plan.
